A: Pretty much everything. Comprehensive insurance, bedding, crockery, pots and pans, utensils, gas bottle, toilet chemicals, TV/DVD (motorhomes only), GPS, Breakdown / recovery service.
A: You need to be aged between 21 and 75 with a minimum of 2 yrs driving experience. In some cases the insurers will accept hirers outwith these age brackets, so please contact us in this instance and we will advise.
A: No. In Scotland you can park in many places overnight unless there are specific notices prohibiting you stopping. However we do recommend that you plan to visit some campsites at least a few times during your rental for emptying of chemical toilet etc. If you don’t want to stay in campsites then we recommend that you download and read the wild camping guidelines document. Generally speaking, common sense prevails when stopping in a non designated campsite.
A: 240V supply is only available if you are on a campsite with access to a mains powered hookup point. When not in a campsite you have a 12V leisure battery for the operation of lights, water pump, fan heater etc. There are also 12V cigarette lighter style sockets in the cabs of all the vans which can be used for charging phones, GPS units etc.
A: The 12V battery should last for a minimum of 12 – 16 hrs if you do not have access to mains electricity. This battery is also recharged when the vehicle engine is in use.
A: Yes, your car can be stored in our secure premises during your rental. Note: this is at owner’s own risk.
A: Yes, you will be given a demonstration and guided tour of your vehicle before you drive off. You will also be supplied with detailed written instructions on your van to help while you are away.
A: All our vehicles are covered by AA roadside assistance. A qualified repair technician would attend the vehicle and either repair the fault at the roadside or make arrangements for the vehicle to be transferred to a place where it can be fixed.
A: The standard pickup time is 2pm on day of arrival and return time is 10am on day of departure. Any requests for uplift and return outwith these times, is by prior agreement only.

A: We are extremely well located at Glasgow International Airport just off the M8 motorway west of Glasgow City Centre and close to public transport links. We offer a complimentary pickup service from Glasgow Airport and from Paisley Gilmour Street train station.
A: Yes, the vehicle is insured for mainland UK which includes all these islands. Please note insurance cover is not provided for anywhere outside mainland UK.
